Ultra Potency MCT Oil for dogs, cats, and birds with Lauric Acid
TriPlex™ MCT-3 Oil is an effective MCT oil for dogs, cats, and birds. Our MCT oil is a unique blend of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, with higher levels of Caprylic Acid and Capric Acid, PLUS Lauric Acid. Unlike other MCT oils, TriPlex MCT-3 is 100% pure and natural, thus retaining the smell and taste of fresh coconut oil. Other brands of MCT oils are refined and deodorized, and do not have the natural smell or taste of coconut. In addition to this, other brands do not contain Lauric Acid.
When consumed, MCTs are broken down into individual medium chain fatty acids. Due to its unique properties, MCTs are rapidly absorbed and highly digestible. Most of these medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) go directly to the liver where they are converted into ketones. Ketones are a high-potency fuel that can cross over the blood-brain barrier and nourish the brain.
Because the Caprylic and Capric acids in TriPlex MCT-3 oil is rapidly broken down and used as instant energy, it is highly beneficial for athletic dogs, sporting dogs, show dogs and any dog that needs an immediate energy boost. In addition to the Caprylic and Capric acids, the presence of Lauric Acid further reduces fatigue, and is perfect for older dogs or low-energy dogs that need more prolonged energy.
TriPlex™ MCT-3 Oil has a whopping 7000 mgs of Caprylic Acid, giving it powerful antifungal properties. It protects against yeast overgrowth, prevents and treats yeast infections, kills candida yeast cells (gut and skin), providing added digestive support and skin health.
TriPlex™ MCT-3 Oil, MCT oil for dogs, cats, and birds is highly stable and resists oxidation to protect cells from damaging free radicals.

My senior Vizsla developed focal seizures after receiving Heartworm and/or flea/tick preventives, two weeks apart. After previously reading Rodney Habib's posting on the benefits of MCT oil, I started it immediately. The neurologist I take him to also recommended MCT oil and was happy to hear I already had started my furboy on it. However, I was only giving him half the proper dosage of MCT oil that he advised. So we slowly worked up to the dosage he recommended. My furboy is also taking Chinese supplements as advised by the Neurologist and our holistic vet and a low dose of Zonisamide. It's been almost two months since his treatment with everything began. I have not observed any seizures recently. Fingers and toes crossed! And no more flea/tick/Heartworm ever! I stopped all vaccines years ago for my furboys. I titer them for everything possible and get a waiver from the vet for Rabies due to his mast cell tumor.D
my one foster dog has seizures, we started her on cocotherapy and fingers crossed she had been doing well. i have 3 senior dogs of my own , who are now taking mct / one who has a fatty tissue and hip issues. he is acting like a puppy now. delivery was fast !!S
My dog is doing great on the MCT oil. Hopefully it will help with her seizures.
We Love all CocoTherapy products.M
I have a dog with hydrocephalus and they are prone to seizures…although, she’s never had one, I never want her to have a seizure so I’m using this as a preventative…so far, she has tolerated it very well and will keep her on it for life. Also, we just rescued a senior dog and most of her hair is gone from fleas and bad nutrition. I am giving the senior dog a dose daily of this product to help her skin and itching. It’s working well and her scratching has almost diminished. Great product!M
I started using this product when my previous vet Judy Morgan recommended it. My 13 year old and 12 year old have definitely benefited from additional it to their meals at dinner and my 5 year old gets it to keep her healthy.T
I add it into my dog’s food bowl and it seems to have helped so far.D
My 5 yr old choc lab, Josie has periodic seizures. This year they became very intense and lasted over 5 minutes. Our vet prescribed Phenobarbital. He stated that the medication will make her very lethargic and will probably lose her playfulness. He also warned that if I want to take Josie for a walk not to give her the medicine until we return because she will be to tired to walk her normal route. I did not want to put her on medication that will change her personality and abilities so I researched the Web.
In May I decided to try the MCT oil. At first Josie would lick it up from a spoon but lost interest. So now I mix it in her food, she hasn't miss a meal. :-) She still has periodic seizures BUT they are not as frequent, less intense, and the duration has shortened. Josie is still playful and enjoys her walks.
I appreciate the handwritten notes on Coco Therapy's invoices and the samples they include in their packaging.
I usually don't write reviews but always read them before I purchase. Because I am very encouraged with and grateful for Josie's results, I decided I had to write a review. I highly recommend this product and this company.
